MIT URTC / NeuroPlay — Co-First Author (Team of 3) [TOP 10 Graded Paper]
Conducted at MIT Lincoln Laboratory – Beaver Works Summer Institute (BWSI) Medyltics. Parkinson’s detection and severity staging using voice biomarkers; I implemented Voice severity detection modeling utilizing FNN, Random Forest, and XGBoost and wrote corresponding methods and results segments of the paper; integrated into NeuroPlay, a game-based diagnostic app. Expanded into a peer-reviewed paper at IEEE URTC 2025.

Space Weather Early Detection (Individual)
Conducted individually with mentorship from Dr.Li; Researched space weather early detection using Random Forest and Neural Networks on NASA's OMNI dataset; Trained for 12-hour triage model for solar flare prediction to initiate costly MHD simulations only when necessary.
OCSEF / Matematika — Team of 3 (President/Founder & Project Lead)
Orange County Science & Engineering Fair project and extended paper. Includes lab notes, slides, and a presentation video. The finalized version was expanded into a manuscript submitted to the Journal of Emerging Investigators (JEI).
Concordia ML — Individual
NetFlow-based intrusion detection (UNSW-NB15) with feature engineering and optimized Random Forest model achieving 91% recall and 99% accuracy. Developed during the Troy Tech internship and integrated into mentor’s course materials.
COSMOS BP Research — E. coli Chemotaxis (Main Coder, Team of 2)
UC Davis COSMOS Cluster 5 biophysics project simulating E. coli run-and-tumble motion across a Gaussian chemoattractant gradient. Stochastic modeling with random walks; visualization of biased trajectories and diffusion dynamics.
